Position Summary:[size= An immediate opening exists in our sales organization for an ambitious, highly motivated Inside Sales Account Executive for our US sales team located in Clark, NJ. Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating product sales into existing and/or new customer base and achieving/exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas. You will generate outbound calls to targeted healthcare customers and identify, record and close product/service opportunities, while also supporting our outside sales team. You will understand products, competition, our strengths and functionality in sufficient depth to qualify prospects over the phone. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize and manage a sales pipeline and maintain a high daily volume of outbound calling.]

Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years of inside sales with proven track record of success in cold calling and prospecting campaigns experience, preferably within a healthcare IT/software organization

• Strong sales skills and ability to work with mid and senior level executives

• Ability to manage lead tracking and follow-up activities

• Proven ability to sell and qualify opportunities over the phone for outside sales team

• Self-starter who can manage time effectively and meet deadlines and objectives

• Possess good written and verbal communication skills with professional phone presentation

• Must be familiar with MS Office tools and CRM tools

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·         Bonus will be at the discretion of the President based on company and personal performance.
