The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
▪ Developing and executing annual market product plan to achieve business objectives and return on marketing investment
▪ Developing messaging and positioning for programs and direct execution of these in presentations, PR, web content, collateral, sales training and tools, promotional campaigns, advertising, training, and customer education materials
▪ Collaborating with communications manager and graphics designer on all marketing programs
▪ Providing analysis, recommendations, and actionable plans for successful marketing programs
▪ Assisting sales team with presentation materials and demographic recommendations
▪ Executing product-related research and customer case studies that drive lead generation, support sales and marketing, and provide input to product management.
This talented individual will have a combination of product marketing experience in developing and managing company marketing programs, and a healthcare marketing background in any of the following areas: physician space, medical devices/technology, medical services.
REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum five years of progressive experience in product management or marketing, preferably for allied health, document imaging/management, health information management, or healthcare related fields.
•Candidate must be highly motivated, customer-focused, have a high energy level, and strong work ethics.
•Must be able to think strategically without losing site of the details and act tactically to achieve desired results.
•Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and experience in creating and presenting presentations to groups of executives, company officers, legal counsel, and analysts.
•Must have previous experience developing and executing market requirement documents, business cases, marketing plans, project scope documents, budgets, sales tools, and manage demand generation programs.
•Must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to influence others to follow and implement plans with a sense of urgency.
•Must be successful in working with others.
•Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and an ability to handle multiple priorities is required.
•Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing is required.
