The Monticello Group is assisting a leader in the Healthcare IT industry in their search for a Field Marketing Manager. The position encompasses the overall strategic direction of the company’s products through direct contribution as well as through oversight of the marketing team. More specifically, this position will focus on developing, refining, and executing business and marketing plans for each new and existing product line. Additionally, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and action plans for increased market penetration

The Field Marketing Manager will also oversee the following areas

Development of all collateral including brochures, white papers, and case studies

Communication with customers including promotions and updates

Company positioning and message development in the industry

Innovative campaign creation and targeting for healthcare professionals

Trade show presentations and participation

Collaboration with executive management to ensure messages are on target

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years experience in marketing and product positioning in the healthcare industry. Additionally, candidates need to have at least 3 years experience leading a marketing team. Candidates should have experience building successful marketing campaigns. Concise communication skills are a must and the ability to travel to industry events and tradeshows is required.  This person in this position can work from a remote office anywhere in the United States.   This is an outstanding opportunity to join a stable firm in Healthcare IT that is  developing cutting edge technology.

Summary of qualifications:

5+ years marketing experience required

3+ years experience managing a team of marketing personnel

Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred

Ability to travel 30-40%
