SUMMARY
This position is responsible for selling – from initial lead identification to closing the sales agreement contract - Illumysis’ suite of implementation and consulting services; primary responsibility includes finding and developing new customers and closing sales agreements or expanding the scope of existing accounts.
The position is based out of San Francisco
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for selling the full range of Illumysis consulting and implementation services that includes designated NextGen products.
- Responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing new customer accounts and for negotiating sales agreements for Ilumysis services. Researches and presents reports showing potential clients the cost benefit of purchasing Illumysis products or services.
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of clients for services rendered.
- Manages and develops client relationship after initial sale; ensures growth of existing accounts. Conducts surveys for client satisfaction with Illumysis services and identifies/addresses any areas of client dissatisfaction through the assigned project manager. Communicates customer feedback into future services/product development.
- As part of sales process has technical responsibilities to scope client needs that may include: problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design: scheduling of implementation, testing, client training, and deployment.
- Financial responsibilities include project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing.
- Extensive travel required, up to 75% of time.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/ABILITIES:
- BA/BS in related areas such as computer science, business administration or medical practice management preferred
- Two to five years experience in business process engineering with two to three years experience in direct sales to clients required.
- Famillarity with, or certification in, NextGen products highly desirable.
- Must be highly organized particularly in light of extensive travel schedule.
- Must be able to write proposals and negotiate business agreements; experience in pricing products and services.
