With over 350 employees and multiple offices this Company continues to develop breakthrough solutions for clinical documentation, care management, electronic prescribing and medication dispensing.  My client currently serves over 5,000 physicians in clinics, community health centers, and hospitals throughout North America.  Due to increased growth, my client is currently seeking a professional and energetic Manager, Inside Sales

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Effectively manage the day to day activities of the inside sales team, which currently consists of software sales representatives, medication dispensing sales representatives, and sales support.
  • Assist Vice President, Sales in setting individual quotas and performance goals; conduct regular employee account reviews to ensure performance metrics are met and develop strategies for growth.
  • Sell Integrated Clinical IT solution to physician practices over the phone and web.
  • Provide sales reporting and forecasting to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate and communicate closely with outside sales teams.
  • Formalize internal sales departmental processes, procedures and tools.
  • Plan and manage calling campaigns and mailings with the support of the marketing department.
  • Assist in pre-work for sales appointments (agenda writing, collateral, letter templates, etc.)
  • Assist in processing proposals and RFPs.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products as well as competitor knowledge

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS

Minimum of 3-5 years sales management experience; must have experience managing inside sales team

Minimum of 4-5 years industry-related experience (Information Technology, Healthcare)

Must have EMR and Practice Management experience

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; demonstrable leadership qualities

Ability to develop and implement strategic plans; recruit, hire, and train staff; implement process improvement

Occasional travel required.

Knowledge of physician software products and revenue models

Proved track record of success in sales over a sustained period in a healthcare environment

Out of town travel is required
