Systems Support Professional for SyMed, a subsidiary corporation of the North Idaho Health Network located in Coeur d'Alene, ID. SyMed manages an enterprise NextGen Electronic Medical records and electronic practice management systems for 180 licensed providers including systems, software training and help desk support. The Systems Support Assistant will assist in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assists users with questions or problems, help perform system backups/recovery and install new software. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. NextGen experience required. Salary DOE

I'm in the NextGen field and am currently working with a migration from 3x to 5x. What is SyMed currently using? The reason I ask if I'm curious about the opening, but unsure the level needed.
