[size=A privately owned and operated EMR company with over 350 employees located within our corporate offices in St. Louis, Montreal, Chicago, New Hampshire, and Hyderabad (India). We currently serve over 5,000 physicians in clinics, community health centers, and hospitals throughout North America. Purkinje offers an integrated suite of solutions in the areas of ]practice management[size=, ]electronic health records[size=, ]personal health records[size=, and ]electronic prescribing[size=. In addition my client provides a series of professional services to physician practices that further maximize efficiency, cost savings, and income including billing services, transcription, and ]medication dispensing[size=.]
Due to increased client growth, we are currently seeking professional and experienced Implementation Managers. Candidates from any geographic area will be considered. Implementation Managers will report directly to the Manager of Operations at the corporate office in St. Louis, MO.
[size=Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:]
- [size=Independently develop, manage, execute, and own overall project plan and timelines for key deliverables.]
- [size=Lead and manage project team to ensure timely and effective completion of project assignment and other tasks.]
- [size=Direct implementations and serve as primary client contact on implementations.]
- [size=Establish clear definition of clients’ implementation responsibilities and responsibilities with each client.]
- [size=Establish a clear understanding of client’s key metrics prior to implementation and determine clear quantifiable expectations for the customer once fully implemented on CareSeries.]
- [size=Perform general practice, workflow, and staffing assessments of prospective client organizations.]
- [size=Collaborate in the ongoing development of the implementation process and other client services the team provides.]
- [size=Collaborate in the ongoing development of training materials and curricula.]
- [size=Organize and lead training sessions.]
- [size=Provide on site support during the “go live” period.]
- [size=Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and completion of all additional implementation related tasks.]

- [size=Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree required, Masters Degree preferred.]
- [size=3-5 years of EMR\PMS implementation experience required.]
- [size=Healthcare, medical group operations and/or medical billing experience or knowledge required.]
- [size=Willingness/comfort with 60% to 80% travel.]
- [size=Solid mastery of clinical and administrative physician practice operations.]
- [size=Solid understanding of the implementation process and the various interdependencies between operations and technology, both internal and external.]
- [size=Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to plan a project and operate within plan and budget.]
- [size=Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others to achieve desired results.]
- [size=Demonstrated ability to perform assessments and present findings to audiences of varying skill set and knowledge base.]
- [size=Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, interdependent tasks and ensure their accurate completion.]
- [size=Ability to train users with varying degrees of comfort with computer applications.]
- [size=Excellent problem solving, investigative, organizational, and time management skills.]
- [size=Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to simultaneously champion the cause of the client and serve as a Purkinje advocate.]
