A privately owned and operated with over 350 employees located within our corporate offices in St. Louis, Montreal, Chicago, New Hampshire, and Hyderabad (India). We currently serve over 5,000 physicians in clinics, community health centers, and hospitals throughout North America.  offers an integrated suite of solutions in the areas of practice management, electronic health records, personal health records, and electronic prescribing. In addition provides a series of professional services to physician practices that further maximize efficiency, cost savings, and income including billing services, transcription, and medication dispensing.

Due to increased client growth, we are currently looking for a Software Trainer to join our Client Services department. Our trainers are domain experts in the following areas: physician practice general operations, front office, back office, clinicalworkflow, and billing. Our trainers must have expert knowledge in all aspects of the CareSeries software suite. Although my client employs a full project management team, the trainer may be asked to participate in the project management process from time to time. This candidate will report directly to the Manager of Training.

Primary Responsibilities:


Provide direct training for all physician practice staff on CareSeries EHR and
Practice Management software

Contribute to the design, development and implementation of client processes, reports,
and templates

Customize training program based on client need, including editing of current training
materials, with some development of new materials

Monitor client progress during the transition to support after the go-live period

Occasionally perform on-site workflow analysis

Coordinate with project manager prior to training to fully understand client needs.
Requirements/Competencies:


2+ years EHR and Practice Management training experience

Polished, friendly, and professional demeanor

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly present both technical and
non-technical information effectively to diverse audiences

Experience in billing, medical records, and/or clinical background required

Experience in multiple learning delivery methods a plus

Strong organizational skills

Travel up to 75%
