We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing company. This is not a sales position.
DUTIES:
Outstanding multi-client relationship management.
Monitor open client Issues in the form of change requests and escalated problems from Technical Support.
Track and monitor all current client activities and provide feedback to management of changes.
Manage major/minor software upgrades including workflow process changes, technical support/scheduling and remote training.
Manage customer expectations and balance needs of customer with product roadmap and capabilities.
Continually strive to improve departmental processes and procedures.
Requirements
College Degree required
Technical and Clinical education desirable but not required.
3-5 years of intense work-related experience with post-implementation Account Management and Project Management.
Skilled in creating and fostering a strong team role within the department and company.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced software environment including software application and support concepts
Proven work habits such as prioritization and multi-tasking
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Effective Time Management skills
Able to effectively interface with technical and non-technical personnel throughout internal departments and external facilities
