We are an east coast based healthcare technology organization providing practice management and electronic medical records solutions. We are expanding the company to become a premier Medical Practice Management software company by providing customized software solutions and providing general Healthcare consulting services. We are looking to hire a suitable candidate who is a strong team player with excellent communication skills. The candidate will have to:
- Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients.
- Develop detailed proposals for potential clients/projects. Understand specific client needs and identify client requirements
- Apply expertise in project management to a wide range of assignments including managing small to medium-sized projects and managing components of large projects.
- Develop, build, and implement interfacing solutions and provide customer service and support to a wide variety of healthcare organizations.
· Prepare technical and support documentation related to integration services that are provided to customer and internal support documentation.
· Review and work with our off shore development team.
· Create a quality assurance check of project deliverables.
· Effectively manage with the available technical resources.
- Developing integrated data and application architectures and data flows.
- Support multiple projects through planning and prioritizing tasks, deadlines, and resource utilization.
- Obtain and maintain knowledge and skills related to current healthcare interfacing activities, issues, and trends.
Pre- requisites:
· Working Knowledge of IT and data processing within the NY Medicaid environment
· General understanding of the New York Department of social services with exposure to the working of Child health plus and medical health plus programs
· Exposure to Medicaid managed care.
· Understanding of the application process of Medicaid
· Strong communication skills.
· Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent presentation skills with preferred exposure to PowerPoint and other Presentation software.
· Self-motivating and self-directed.
· "Team player", collaborative style.
· Analytical approach to problem-solving and opportunity analysis.
· Exceptional follow-through and organizational skills.
