Hello:
My name is Suze Pean, my cell number is 347-409-2757; I have been a Microsoft Office certified (MOS / MOUS) corporate trainer for approximately 15 years; moreover 4-1/2 of those years were spent training medical personnel. I have taught Microsoft office applications, proprietary software, CRM applications, and Soft skills training. In addition, I provided IT support for different companies. During my career I have participated in developing, designing and revising curriculum. Though I was involved in training EMR (Electronic Medical Recorder) applications before, in my last position I taught EMR application(s) for a solid year and participated in approximately 15 implementations using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology and supported activation of “Go-Live” and conducted post “Go-live”.
Also I am a PMP candidate (Project Management Professional). I would like to conclude by pointing out that as an instructor I have used the “Adult Learning and Educational Methodology.”
Thank you
Suze
