EHR Practice Analyst - Highly visible, hands-on position responsible for assisting physician practices with the implementation of EHR and PM solutions. We are seeking individuals with leading EHR/PM application experience who are able to implement these solutions at physician offices. The qualified individual will be able to manage the implementation of these solutions at a variety of settings and practice types, support the clinical workflow of the end-users, be able to assist with clinical documentation, system setup and configuration, interface and technical questions.  The qualified individual should have a strong clinical and end-user training background and experience having supported go-lives with clinical users. 

 Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of the solutions at a variety of settings and practice types
  • Manage system configuration to customize software to individual practice
  • Provide support associated with vendor product delivery and setup
  • Establish/manage relationships with vendors and physician offices
  • Provide systems workflow redesign consultation
  • Meet project objectives in a timely basis
 Qualifications:
  • Product-specific knowledge as it relates to improving workflow and template development
  • Strong project management background, clinical background, training skills and have experience supporting offices through go-live
  • Strong communication skills, documentation skills and the ability to work both independently and with groups are requirements
  • Product certification (or equivalent experience required) in Epic, GE Centricity EMR, eClinicalWorks, Nextgen or Allscripts preferred
  • A deep technical background is not required
  • Local travel within New England will be necessary
