Today, more than 2,000 civilian and military emergency departments in the United States, Puerto Rico, Australia and around the world partner with T-System for their clinical information needs. We are seeking a CPOE Analyst to join our growing company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Willing to travel up to 25%
· CPOE or Order Entry implementation / configuration / system setup (not programming)
· HL7 interface /implementation /testing / go live support (Not programming or writing interfaces)
· Medical System software experience/ Hospital information system experience
· Working in a clinical field is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for assisting clients with the data gathering process, work flow issues pertaining to CPOE, CPOE configuration, developing and testing CPOE Orders.
· Provide support to the various departments and teams involved in the CPOE deployment, such as Project Management, Training, Integration, and Technical Support. Other departments may include Product management, QA and Development.
· Facilitate resolution of work flow and CPOE issues on T-System software and issues associated with the electronic orders to the ancillary departments.
· Assist the Interface team as needed to implement Electronic orders to the Ancillary Departments and effectively communicate with the Ancillary Departments to discuss and resolve CPOE order configuration issues.
· Share CPOE configuration information with the Training team to assist in the training process as it pertains to each client. Work closely with clients to verify accurate order configuration and work flow within CPOE.
· Provide CPOE software implementation support, go live and post go live support to the client. Document Client system configuration, issues, and updates.
· Adhere to and assist in the development or improvement of department SOPs.
· Maintain an excellent customer satisfaction standard
