We are seeking a Training Consultant to join our growing company. In this role, you will provide training and support to T-System clients utilizing our Emergency Department Information System.
DUTIES:
- Provide on-site training and support to T-System clients, as needed.
- In conjunction with the Education Services Team, develop and / or update training scripts and tools for TEV training and support.
- Assist with presentations and conferences as needed.
- Maintain objectivity when dealing with internal and external customers.
- After additional experience and under the supervision of a Lead Clinical Analyst or Manager:
- Assume responsibility as Lead Educational Services Consultant for assigned client sites.
- Develop a training needs assessment for each assigned site.
- Compile pertinent site information necessary for a successful implementation and place data in appropriate Education folders on the Intranet.
- Utilize sensitivity in assisting clients to incorporate T-System products into their environment.
- Meet with team members of assigned facilities and provide ongoing communication from initial pre-deployment contact to post-deployment follow-up.
- Prepare other team members about the expectations and processes of the client utilizing good communication skills.
- Develop training and support schedules for individual site implementation.
- Request travel arrangements for members of Educational Services team assigned to site based on training and support schedules.
- Follow up with current EV clients and provide additional training, when necessary.
- Available for other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years previous Emergency Department experience.
- Currently licensed RN.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess ability to work well in a team environment.
- Need aptitude for good interactions and relationships with internal and external customers.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Should have availability for flexible schedule.
- Must be capable of utilizing initiative and independent work habits.
- Must demonstrate accountability for all actions.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Travel:
