We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years acting as a Project Manager in the Healthcare IS field managing clinical system implementations, operations or delivery.
- Familiarity with Client/Server technology and Healthcare software systems.
- Understanding of Development methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Certified Project Management Professional preferred.
- Must be willing to travel 80%
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using highly developed customer relationship management and Project Management experience, ensure all projects are managed and organized effectively to complete each project according to defined processes, targets, client satisfaction and company goals.
- Provide exceedingly outstanding service and solutions to all T-System clients by contributing his/her talents and ideas
- Project Manager for multiple, tandem T-SystemEV implementations and additional internal infrastructure projects.
- Foster an open environment for department unity, respect, communication, collaboration and efficient on-time workflow.
- Utilize Project Management best practices to drive and further develop methodology for each assigned project.
- Identify, document, manage and mitigate project risks, ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule, and escalate issues impacting schedule as appropriate.
- Proactively anticipate each client’s needs; provide updates on new electronic system features, capabilities and products; suggestively make recommendations to enhance the successful use of T-System electronic solutions and services.
- Clearly communicate expectations and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical departments within T-System to exceed client expectations in delivering electronic product solutions.
- Collaborate effectively and guide clinical, technical and administrative professionals within the client environment to ensure project success.
- Facilitate, lead and control the flow of on-site and off-site project meetings to ensure meeting’s goals are accomplished.
- Dvelop overall plans of action for open issues and client requests; set appropriate goals and timelines; monitor momentum through appropriate internal departments; define reality and take responsibility for feedback to designated clients to ensure quick closure which exceeds client’s satisfaction.
- Prioritize and manage daily work activities to ensure on-time delivery of high quality service to internal and external clients while handling a variety of other tasks as they occur.
- Prepare and distribute weekly project plan updates to client and T-System project team.
- Share information accurately and freely, communicate simply and clearly, honestly and courteously within all internal and external business relationships.
