Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, T-System is the leading provider of clinical documentation solutions for emergency medicine. Today, more than 2,000 civilian and military emergency departments in the United States, Puerto Rico, Australia and around the world partner with T-System for their clinical information needs. We are looking for a CPOE Analyst to join our growing team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Two or more years of Clinical experience in an Ancillary Department such as Lab, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Pharmacy, or Nursing.

·         Two or more years of System Analytical experience with focus on CPOE Implementations., Electronic Orders Interfacing to Ancillary Departments, and Customer Support.

·         Very Strong customer service and communication skills.

·         Experience managing high priority work flow issues and their associated communications.

·         Knowledge of HL7 Interfaces preferred.

·         College Degree preferred but not required.

·         Proactive (i.e. predict problems/problem areas); identify and coordinate quality solutions to issues.

·         Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team environment

·         High level of organization and strong telephone and interpersonal contact skills required.

·         Able to effectively interface with technical and non-technical personnel within and across departments.

·         Able to provide support, promote professionalism, and work well with people in all areas and at all levels of the company.

·         Able to evaluate situations and issues and solve problems using job specific knowledge.

·         Able to work with minimal supervision in order to carry out departmental goals.

·         Must be willing to travel at least 25%.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Responsible for assisting clients with the data gathering process, work flow issues pertaining to CPOE, CPOE configuration, developing and testing CPOE Orders.

·         Provide support to the various departments and teams involved in the CPOE deployment, such as Project Management, Training, Integration, and Technical Support. Other departments may include Product management, QA and Development.

·         Facilitate resolution of work flow and CPOE issues on T-System software and issues associated with the electronic orders to the ancillary departments.

·         Assist the Interface team as needed to implement Electronic orders to the Ancillary Departments and effectively communicate with the Ancillary Departments to discuss and resolve CPOE order configuration issues.

·         Share CPOE configuration information with the Training team to assist in the training process as it pertains to each client. Work closely with clients to verify accurate order configuration and work flow within CPOE.

·         Provide CPOE software implementation support, go live and post go live support to the client. Document Client system configuration, issues, and updates.

·         Adhere to and assist in the development or improvement of department SOPs.

·         Maintain an excellent customer satisfaction standard.
