HR Staffing Manager

To whom it my concern:

My education, experience, and management skills make me an ideal candidate for a position in your organization.

I have sixteen plus years of management experience in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Information and Technology. I have managed the development and implementation of both large and small IT operations as well as health informatics: with systems ranging from business IT, data & call center operations, MRP systems to enterprise health information and PACS systems. I also have a strong background in operations, strategic planning, and migration of multi-enterprise E-commerce systems. I have managed the implementation and day to day operations of Supply Chain Management systems as well as managing product development for BREW and JAVA clients. I have also managed manufacturing sights for health care IT products.  I have a strong background in providing leadership in implementing and managing mission critical standards such as PMBOK, HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, SAS-70 and PCI Security Standards.

I have provided leadership in the development of business processes while also managing the development and documentation of technical policies and procedures. I have managed IT teams both bi-coastal and international. Additionally, my management experience has afforded me the opportunity to manage a staffing budget of $1.5 million annually, with a $500,000.00 quarterly capitol expense budget. My expertise is in meeting the demanding needs of both internal and external customers while also providing leadership when dealing with complex business problems. I also have a Project Management Professional certification from the University of Santa Cruz.

To complement my background and experience, I have completed the process of adding to my intellectual capital with a Master's Degree in Technology Management from Pepperdine University.

As you can see, I have a well-rounded background as a seasoned management professional and continue to develop myself as a management executive. Please find a copy of my resume attached and contact me as soon as possible to schedule a face-to-face meeting.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
