The Design Manager will lead a team of certified Epic ambulatory builders and designers to implement Epic applications into hospital clinics and physician practices. A strong ambulatory care background is desired along with demonstrated experience in running a design/build/validate process.

An IS background in a hospital setting is preferred to ensure a full hands-on understanding of how systems work and interface.  Epic Ambulatory certification and leadership / supervisory skills are key to leading and coaching the team.  An ability to partner effectively with physicians, IS management and user groups is critical to success.
