Director of Clinical Application Support (CAS)
The Director of Clinical Application Support (CAS) is responsible for the implementation, integration and support of acute and ambulatory clinical applications within MultiCare Health System. The Director participates in strategic planning and oversees development and implementation of CAS goals and objectives. This position encompasses strategic planning, contract negotiation, project management, system acquisition, design, installation, modification, upgrades, support, and enhancement.
Requires BA in business, healthcare, or computer science (master’s degree preferred), and ten (10) years experience in clinical application support within integrated healthcare delivery networks including hospitals and/or clinic settings. Five (5) years of progressive management experience and previous installation experience with electronic medical record applications desirable. Experience with Epic Inpatient and Ambulatory health information systems a plus.
