Function:
The PA Clinical Content Specialist is responsible for developing and/or enhancing clinical content for T-System EV (TEV) components. It is essential that the PA Clinical Content Specialist be a knowledgeable, self-motivated, team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties:
1. The PA Clinical Content Specialist will assist in the development of new clinical content; enhance existing content based on client requests and/or updates in clinical practice; identify and address content related issues found in T-System EV; test content to assess clinical accuracy and relevance; and provide interdepartmental clinical support as needed
2. May liaise and communicate with client sites and interface with other clinicians to ensure TEV design meets customer needs
3. May also participate in training of new employees
Qualifications:
1. PA-C with a minimum of 10 years recent ED experience and a thorough knowledge of ED workflow and practices
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Creative thinking and design skills
6. Above average computer skills
7. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn and become proficient in T-System applications
8. Previous experience with an EDIS application a plus (TEV experience a strong plus)
9. Must be able to work flexible hours and over-time as needed
