We are looking for a Business Requirements Director to join our growing team.
FUNCTION:
Conducts complex market research studies and develops realistic scenarios in support of executive strategic planning. Gathers intelligence on competitors’ products, technologies, implementation track records, pricing, market strategies, and business models. Assists sales and marketing teams in the effective use of this information for the purpose of developing the T-System’s own competitive positioning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
· Significant experience analyzing markets and market opportunities in conjunction with extension of existing products into new markets – ideally, involving non-domestic market experience, as well.
· Experience developing and maintaining competitive intelligence information.
· Knowledgeable about Healthcare IT markets and competitors.
· Analytical thinker and resourceful researcher with the ability to prioritize work effectively and multi-task a high volume of diverse duties simultaneously.
· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
· Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
· Works well without a need for close supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop, organize and maintain a current, accurate, and detailed library of Competitive Intelligence information about T-System’s current and prospective competitors and complementers.
· Inform our product management, marketing, and sales processes with the relevant details about competitors’ system architecture, features, functions, as well as pricing, business model, partnerships, strengths, and weaknesses.
· Perform detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of markets in which T-System participates currently, as well as markets that T-System may participate in, in the future – both domestic and international. This includes sophisticated segmentation and sizing analysis, as well as clear delineation of local healthcare operating models, available distribution channels, potential business partners, and any pertinent local regulatory requirements.
