[size=The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, supporting, and ensuring the success of a new key partner program and building on existing relationships.  The goal of this program is to provide senior level support to our existing and new partners. ]

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

·         Develop a program including target partners, program framework, recruitment, education/training, operations and support.

·         Lead program launch activities.

·         Drive cross functional teams to develop program tools such as marketing collateral, legal agreements and partner portal/toolkit.

·         Manage partners to meet or exceed referral/revenue goals.

·         Manage internal processes, communication and report program results to senior management.

·         Develop a competitor cross reference guide and conduct an on-going competitor threat analysis.

·         Provide support of key, high profile channel partner relationships and direct sales opportunities. 

·         Ability to lead a sales team on a channel or direct opportunity.

·         Participate in internal & customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentation in conjunction with partner resources.

·         Support management in other business development initiatives, as required.

·         Direct responsibility for the management of Valco’s relationships with our top partners. 

·         Preparation of business forecasts, sales plans and quarterly performance reports for submission to management.

·         Close working relationships with sales, delivery, and marketing.

·         Enthusiastic and high-energy in approach.

·         Established rolodex of account relationships and preexisting credibility with partners and potential partners. Specific relationships with Medical partners is highly desirable.

·         Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

 

Minimum Requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred.

·         5-7+ years of relevant experience/success building partner relationships.

·         Self starter, entrepreneurial and ability to work independently.

·         Strong oral and written communication skills.
