We are looking for a Non-Functional Requirements Director to join our growing team.
FUNCTION:
Leads the requirements’ specification and conceptual design work for all interoperability and interfacing, regulatory compliance, as well as nonfunctional requirements for T-System’s “solutions” (products plus services). Specifies those process-improvement, value-added consulting services that optimize healthcare IT implementation outcomes. Infuses his or her thought leadership as well as healthcare IT subject matter expertise into all of our solutions.
Serves as Product Management’s chief liaison to all internal and external stakeholders with respect to the above issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Masters degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.
· Healthcare CIO and healthcare IT consulting experience, with demonstrated ability to implement and manage a suite of heterogeneous healthcare IT systems.
· Healthcare Analytics/Data Mining and healthcare IS interfacing / interoperability technical expertise.
· Requirements specification and conceptual design know-how.
· Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
· Organizational consensus builder, who works well on teams and without a need for close supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Requirements analyst for interoperability, as well as non-clinical analytics functionality, and for all nonfunctional requirements.
· Represent the “Voice of the CIO” as well as the “Viewpoint of the CIO” in requirements specification and conceptual design work.
· Insure that all T-System requirements and design conforms to all relevant current and emerging healthcare IT standards.
· Provide market insight regarding the CIO’s viewpoint, on all relevant market analysis work.
· Provide overall product management oversight with respect to non-functional requirements, such as: implementability; reliability; maintainability; affordability; privacy; and security, etc.
· Product implementation, optimization, and process-improvement consulting service-line specification.
